Raised in a three-generation family infrastructure development company, he grew up immersed in large-scale projects, negotiations, and leadership at the highest levels.

Serving as a political liaison for his family’s business, Paul worked directly with mayors, state senators, and governors, building relationships and navigating complex government partnerships. That foundation shaped his disciplined, forward-thinking approach to everything he leads.

Music, however, has always been at the core of who he is.

A lifelong musician, Paul is proficient in guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and lead vocals. He has toured internationally with renowned artists including Joey Belladonna of Anthrax, Tyketto, and has worked with Sebastian Bach of Skid Row. Those experiences sharpened his stage presence and deepened his understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest professional level.
